Shipping Information
Shipping in the United States is done through either the United States Postal Service Priority Mail, or UPS shipping, whichever is more convenient for the customer. Shipping is done Monday, Tuesday, and sometimes Wednesdays for more local customers so that your order is received in the same week and does not sit in a warehouse over the weekend. International shipping is done through USPS Airmail or EMS.
Smaller plants are sent bareroot, wrapped carefully in moist sphagnum moss, then bound in aluminum foil and tagged so there is no confusion when receiving your order. Plants with tempermental root systems are sent in their pot to reduce shock. It is handy to have soil and pots ready when expecting a shipment.
Shipments are almost always made within 5 business days of payment. Plants are guaranteed to arrive alive or your money back!
